Bars fail at the underbar: ice, glasswash, refuse and stock positioned for the plan drawing rather than the service. We lay them out from the drinks list and the busiest hour, with the interior designer, so the finished bar looks right and works at speed.
Vital Concept Design is an independent consultancy founded in 2001, with offices in New Delhi and Bengaluru. We do not sell or supply equipment and take no commissions. The principals lead every project personally.
